Register
You can register your interest in our products here. Registration will allow you to buy on line and also receive information on developments in the Kate's Kitchen range.

Passwords
If you have forgotten your password, or you would like it re-set, please click here. Please note - they are case sensitive so, for example, AbC123 is note the same as aBc123.

Offer Codes
If you are entering an offer code it must be entered exactly as printed on the offer voucher or in the promotional literature, i.e. the code is case sensitive. If you enter an incorrect code and the discount does not apply, click the back button in your browser and re-enter.

Digital Certificates
Depending on your browser, you may see an error message regarding our digital certificate. This is a short term error and we are working to fix it. Please be assured that our shop IS secure and that your details are protected. Note that we do not store any credit card details as the payment processing is handled by our merchant service provider, HSBC Bank plc. If you have any queries or concerns, please email customer service and we will do our best to answer your query.
