Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, due to one of the following reasons:

  • authorisation of your payment failed

  • we made a pricing or product description error

If there are any problems with an order, you'll be contacted by email to inform you of the problem.

If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, you can do so up to the point when it is despatched (orders are normally processed immediately after they've been placed, so we may have already packed your order and made arrangements for it to be sent when you cancel it. If this is the case then we can't always stop the order from being delivered: once you receive the order, just return it to us free of charge).

Payment

You can make your payment by credit or debit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard and UK bank debit cards.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an email confirmation of your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. If it is not we will cancel the order.

Delivery and Carriage Costs

For UK orders, we generally aim to fulfil your order as soon as possible - generally this is within 5 business days. First class post then takes a further 2 days which means you should allow 5-10 days for delivery. The costs for standard first class postage, are as follows:

We offer a next business day courier service, which includes order tracking, at a flat rate of £10.00 per order.

Orders outside the UK are despatched using the “Royal Mail International Signed For” service or TNT. Fulfilment will take usually take place within five business days and transit will take a further seven to ten days. You should therefore allow 14-21 days for delivery. The costs are as follows:

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

In accordance with UK tax law, UK Value Added Tax at 17.5% will be charged where the delivery is to an address within the United Kingdom or the European Union. The prices shown on the site include VAT at 17.5%.

For deliveries outside the UK or EU no tax will be charged. Your prices will be adjusted when you confirm the order so that no VAT is charged.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website the payment section is handled by HSBC Bank plc Merchant Services which uses 128 bit encryption. We do not hold credit card numbers in our system – each transaction requires the entry of a valid credit card number before it is processed. No data is transmitted in clear text between any web site during the payment process.

Returns Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction. If your product is faulty contact us within 3 days of receipt by phone or email and we will replace or refund in full. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. Simply return the goods to us in a saleable condition and the value of the goods will be refunded.
